No refund or exchange on all purchased items at Perle de Bay.

All sales are final: We do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges for defective items.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order once you received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try our best to make it right.

No refund or exchange in our Pop up store: Please check all the items carefully before leaving our Pop up store.
