Our Commitment & Warranty

• We create high-quality, handcrafted jewelry built to last.

• We offer a one-year warranty on waterproof jewelry (excluding Pearl Jewelry) against defects in workmanship, starting from your order's receipt date.

• Covered: Tarnishing and fading of metals/gemstones resulting from manufacturing.

• Not Covered: Lost items, scratches, damage from improper care (chemicals, excessive force), or modifications by anyone other than Perle de Bay.
